A: Our main focus at Natural Vybz & Co. is to bring awareness to the type of products you allow on & in your Temples (body). We're a brand that is here to introduce a more holistic, therapeutic & natural way of taking care of your external & internal wellness.

  • Q: Is it safe to use the products everyday?

A: Yes it is safe & also wise to use our products on a daily basis. In order to receive the best results We would suggest using our products on a daily basis, once or twice a day. It’s best to create a morning & night time regimen to commit to. 

  • Q: Can the oil be used as a double product & be used as an hot oil treatment?

A: Yes, the oil can be warmed & used as a hot oil treatment. You can warm up glass by sitting in warm/hot water for 5-10 minutes or you can use our easy to use droppers & transfer oil into a container that's easier to warm & use.

  • Q: Are the products & essential oils safe to use on children?

A: Due to us carefully diluting & infusing the essential oils & natural oils all our products are safe to use for everyone, all ages, but please double check ingredient list to make sure you have no allergies. 

  • Q: After purchasing products how do you test to see if you're actually allergic?

A: The most effective & safest way to test if you're individually allergic to any ingredients after purchasing product is to test a small amount on hand/arm. Wait a few hours to see if there is any skin irritation/burning/itching. It's best to know your allergies before purchasing.

  • Q: Does oil serum get old due to Rosemary herb being infused in the product?

A: No, due to the oil & Vitamin E being a natural preserver none of our product generally gets to old for usage. Depending on how long the serum sits the herb can turn dark in color & it's safe to say majority of the nutrients have been absorbed/infused, but it’s still safe to use. Vyber can remove herb if they choose to or simply leave it in, it will do no harm either way. 

  • Q: How to store products?

A: Products can be stored in room temperature environments or in cool dry places. Since we use natural ingredients you can store any products in fridge to hold its freshness, but it’s a personal option & products do not require it. 

  • Q: Do you allow refunds?

A: We want our Vyber’z to know that we stand behind our products, customer service & mission, so for whatever reason if our Vyber’z are not satisfied we ask that you contact us on our “Contact Us” page & let us know what the issue is & we’ll respond with solutions on how to resolve the situation. 

  • Q: What happens when I stop using the products?

A: We advise that you use the products on a continuous basis even after seeing results, but we do hear about people who decide to stop using the products after they see results & that’s basically like hustling backwards. Even when you see results you should keep using the products to keep the results long lasting, consistent & on an effective regimen that works for you!

  • Q: What is the smell on some of the T-shirts?
A: Do to the 3rd party that is used sometimes when unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process, and it's not permanent. The solution is simply to cold wash the garment & hang it up to air dry! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent, and both should go away after one wash. All DTG orders contain a packaging slip with a short explanation.
